Donna began working in the public accounting arena over 30 years ago with what was the largest CPA firm in Fort Wayne at the time. After several years with that firm and a short stint in the private sector she joined her husband, Greg, after he began his own firm, Mannia Green & Co. at that time, which evolved into Mannia & Company, LLC. She has a strong accounting background and along with handling the accounting functions for Mannia & Company works with many of the firm’s clients in various capacities. This may involve the selection of accounting software, the initial set-up, the recording of transactions, the billing process, check writing, payroll preparation, financial statement set-up and preparation, and the tax work related to payroll which involves the preparation various tax returns.
She did receive some education in the accounting arena from St Francis University before starting a family and working with her husband. She has been instrumental organizing many of the internal accounting processes and procedures which is an area she enjoys working in.
She was born and raised in Fort Recovery, Ohio and was a part of a large family having 3 sisters and 4 brothers. In her younger days she was very active in softball and currently enjoys playing golf. Like her husband she is a member of Orchard Ridge Country Club where she plays golf occasionally and also enjoys playing in the local Interclub with her sister on a regular basis.
She and Greg have two children, Nicole and Scott. Nicki resides in Bloomington, IN and Scotty lives in Fort Wayne. Donna enjoys getting away to Bloomington at their condo at The Pointe and spending some time with Nicki. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and getting some extended time away from the business to rest and relax.
